The Positractor’s proximal clamp affixes to retractor systems rings commonly in use such as the Mediflex Bookler ™ Table Mounted Retractor System. It also can be used on rod-shaped systems such as the Mediflex Universal, Omni-Tract and Thompson Systems. The proximal clamp locks on the support ring or round post either straight up or inverted depended on the desired retracting position.

The Positractor’s distal clamp is variable in capacity and accepts shanks up to 8mm in diameter as well as odd shapes.
